This manual, aimed at teachers, psychotherapists and social educators, proposes to a series of socio-educational interventions aimed at promoting comprehensive health as physical, mental and social health. In this new century, to achieve health status, learning processes must achieve full autonomy and responsibility of the person in making decisions. Hence, the educational process is not limited to the achievement of short-term objectives, but to prepare citizens for the resolution of personal and social problems. It is educated for complexity, creativity, unpredictability, commitment and change. The seven programs presented are based on the use of body movement, drama therapy and physical activity. They also take into account the recipients of the educational action, although they focus on especially vulnerable groups of risk: women victims of gender violence, cancer patients, people with mental health impairment, people with autism, etc. In order to ensure that people develop a broad set of skills from the beginning of life, the most recent contributions of neuroeducation have been applied, taking advantage of new knowledge about the functioning of our brain.
